VEO was able to install a safe new tank to my home within a couple days of my first inquiry.
The same day I called, the propane manager was here to look over and approve the job.
And the techs were here just one day later.

You can definitely tell they’re a family owned business by the level of customer service they offer. I was burned by a big national company that didn’t care about me or my family at all…they just wanted my money.

I’m glad so far that I switched and I know the relationship with be great going forward.
